Caring Companion Verification
Know who is coming into your home.
Colorado Homestead Care uses company-issued identification for Caring Companions. A valid companion-specific QR should open a CHC verification page showing only approved public identity information.
A valid verification record may show:
- First name and last initial
- CHC ID
- Active/verified status
- Valid-through date
No private employee data, client information, personal phone number, personal email, home address, or background-check details should appear on the public verification page.
If a QR code does not resolve or you want to confirm a Companion's identity, call 719-459-3900.
